Most recently, Amber served as the Director of People Operations at Clearly Filtered, a subscription-based e-commerce company, where she supported all aspects of human resources and people operations, from recruitment to development and retention.

During her tenure, the organization experienced 200% growth in both headcount and sales, successfully scaling hiring operations and performance management while preserving and strengthening company culture.

In previous roles, Amber worked in sales, marketing, and business development across various industries, including horticulture, retail, and multi-unit management.

Amber graduated from California Polytechnic University, Pomona, and resides in Orange County, California.
