Anna Dimond is a journalist and marketing creative based in Los Angeles. She works with a range of clients across adventure sports, lifestyle brands, technology and nonprofits, and has contributed to the New York Times, Outside Magazine and ESPN, among others.
Prior to going freelance, Anna was the first Senior Editor for the World Surf League, where she helped rebrand and rebuild its digital channels into editorial destinations.
Elsewhere, she worked in development for FOX Sports and FUEL TV and launched TV Guide’s West Coast bureau. She earned a joint M.Sc. and M.A. in Global Media and Communication from the London School of Economics and USC’s Annenberg School for Communication and Journalism, and a B.A. in Political Science from Barnard College at Columbia University.
Equally formative were her years of chasing snow and waves from Switzerland to Sydney and parts in between. When she’s not in the Sierras or a local surf lineup, cooking, reading, and binging prestige TV are a few of her favorite things.
