Mina's experience is primarily in high growth, fast-paced environments from pre-IPO to post-IPO stage. Most recently, Mina was with ServiceNow (NYSE: NOW) for nearly 10 years. 

Mina has held various roles in Finance including Financial Reporting, Equity and Technical Accounting.

Mina managed and implemented multiple systems in Finance as ServiceNow grew from $50M to $4B in revenue, with 150 employees to 10,000+ employees worldwide.

Mina worked on the IPO for ServiceNow including the preparation of the S-1 filings and Prospectus.

Mina's background also includes public accounting. Mina worked at PricewaterhouseCoopers providing audit and assurance services to public and private companies.

Angela’s experience draws from numerous Fortune 100 companies, such as General Electric, Cardinal Health, Qualcomm and Intuit.

She served as the team leader in creating the Intuit Financial Services Center which is a shared service center to providing finance and accounting services to Intuit business units worldwide.

Angela successfully implemented two Oracle conversions, both at Intuit and Qualcomm and Managed  a $1B receivable portfolio for  successfully reducing collection metrics while also building customer relationships.

Since exiting Corporate life, Angela has successfully bought, grown and sold several emerging businesses. In each case she  grew revenue, while reducing cost and creating structure and efficiency.

Angela has been in the tourism and hospitality industry for the past 15 years and has served on the Board of Directors on several business development focused trade groups.

She has a Master’s degree in finance from Capella University and calls Asheville, North Carolina home.

Denise has extensive experience improving processes and implementing systems and processes for finance, legal and HR organizations for over 20 years.

Denise held strategic and operational leadership roles for pre-IPO companies, such as Snyk and Kyriba, and public companies, including ServiceNow (NYSE: NOW).

Denise is skilled at aligning the technology and human aspects of a company to match the accelerated growth of the business, specifically in periods high growth or significant change. 

Denise graduated from the University of San Diego and is a California CPA (Inactive). She started her career at in public accounting at Arthur Andersen providing audit and assurance services for clients in technology and hospitality.
