Chris Alarcon is a seasoned IT professional with over 20 years of experience in technical support, systems engineering, and vendor governance. He has built a dynamic career supporting enterprise-level environments and leading cross-functional teams at organizations such as Qualcomm, ServiceNow, UC San Diego, and Genoptix.
During his tenure, he provided expert-level hardware, software and network support and resolution. He’s managed Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace platforms and has a unique familiarty with both Windows and Mac operating systems and hardware in enterprise environments.
Chris excels at supporting global teams, optimizing IT processes, and resolving complex technical challenges. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from the University of Phoenix and several industry certifications, including ITIL Foundations, HDI Support Center Manager, and Certified ServiceNow System Administrator.
Chris is based in San Diego, CA, and in his free time, he enjoys experimenting in the kitchen or exploring Southern California with his wife and 9-year-old son.
