Mina’s experience is primarily in high growth, fast-paced environments from pre-IPO to post-IPO stage. Most recently, Mina was with ServiceNow (NYSE: NOW) for nearly 10 years. 

Mina has held various roles in Finance including Financial Reporting, Equity and Technical Accounting.

Mina managed and implemented multiple systems in Finance as ServiceNow grew from $50M to $4B in revenue, with 150 employees to 10,000+ employees worldwide.

Mina worked on the IPO for ServiceNow including the preparation of the S-1 filings and Prospectus.

Mina’s background also includes public accounting. Mina worked at PricewaterhouseCoopers providing audit and assurance services to public and private companies.

Mina resides in San Diego, CA.
