About Sheri Benfield, Specialty Solutions

Sheri began her finance and accounting career as an internal auditor with LPL Financial. She transitioned to consulting and managed day-to-day accounting for multiple marketing and SaaS clients. Her experience includes month-end close, accounts payable, accounts receivable, reconciliations, and financial statement preparation.  Sheri has experience working with several accounting and ERP systems, including NetSuite, QuickBooks Online and SAP. 

Throughout her career she has worked for public, private and government agencies. Prior to finance and accounting, Sheri held project management positions in the civil engineering and facilities construction fields. Sheri graduated from the University of Portland and completed her MBA at San Diego State. She is both a CPA and a Professional Engineer (P.E) in civil engineering.
